How it works
Every capsule follows the same careful workflow: encrypt immediately, confirm payment, wait for the date, then notify your nominee with a secure link.
Register with your email and phone. Sign in from any browser — no software install required.
Pick Document, Image, or Video vault. Upload your file and set an encryption password known only to you.
Add the person who should receive the file, including their email and address, and select the delivery date.
Scan the QR code, pay, and submit your UTR. An administrator verifies payment before the capsule is activated.
On the scheduled day, your nominee receives an email with a one-time download link — valid for a limited window.
Dual-key encryption
Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM the moment you upload them. Your password never becomes a plain-text secret stored on the server — and the vault is designed so protection does not rest on a single key.
Derived with Argon2id from the encryption password you enter at upload. You can decrypt and download your own file later by providing that same password. The server does not keep a recoverable copy of it.
A second wrapped key enables scheduled nominee delivery without requiring your password on delivery day. Admin and nominee paths use this carefully controlled half of the dual-key design.
Ciphertext is stored on disk under unique identifiers — never under your original filename — with integrity checks via SHA-256 checksums and authenticated encryption tags.

Nominees & delivery
Delivery is intentional by design — not a shared folder that stays open indefinitely.
Save nominees with name, email, phone, and address. Reuse them across capsules or create a new nominee during upload when the recipient is unique to that file.
When the delivery date arrives and payment is marked Paid, the system emails the nominee a secure link. No manual chase required from you that day.
Download tokens are single-use and time-limited (hours, not weeks). Once used — or expired — the door closes. That is the point.
Before a file is delivered, you can review it, download your encrypted or decrypted copy (with your password), or remove it if plans change.
